Contest winner(s) May 08
We think that both jokes, Kamikaze and CO² Crackhouse are very ‘planktonic’; they are nice approaches and make great use of the series theme. Since both writers pitched the idea to merge their scripts, we’ve decided to select them both as winners. However, there is the matter of the T-shirt: we will have to cut this in half or something
Congrats to May’s Plankton Invasion’s ‘write a joke’ contest winners Sushi and Morgray.

The Plankton’s first public joke contest ever, has a winner! The ratings had been in his favour for quite a while now and we, the jury, couldn’t agree more. So, our very first winner is Sushi with his Counter Attack story. Sushi’s idea will now form the bases of the script for webisode 6 and we estimate that the webisode will be aired at the end of June.

So you now have seen how the contest works and if you want to be part of the Invasion start posting those ideas. We now declare the May contest for open.

To give you guys an idea of how things will work when you start posting your jokes, we have developed two examples from idea to finished webisode. To make it look as real as possible, we rated our little gag 5 stars, since it is supposed to be the winner of the competition. (But mostly because we just could not resist it.)

This is the second example; a full length webisode dealing more closely with Plankton’s central theme of Gobal WarmingJust one more thing before we leave you to it. Please keep your ideas short and sweet (max 800 characters)
